Preparation of the presentation and formalities before presentation

Any software can be used to prepare your presentation. However, the file will be converted into a PowerPoint file format to merge all presentations into one for optimization of the flow of presentations during the conference. It is the responsibility of the presenter that the presentation is displayed correctly at the conference. Therefore, it will be possible to test the presentation 30 minutes ahead of the first session of the day. We kindly ask you to send us your presentation at ssrcts@gmail.com latest 48 hours prior to your presentation. Movies and animations in slideshows should be attached in the email and tested, when it is possible, at least 30 minutes ahead of the first session of the day.

Make sure to identify yourself to the chairmen of your session prior to start. The session chairs will introduce you to the audience. It is important to stay on time. When you have 2 minutes left of your time, the moderator will notify you for your convenience.
